This information may be of help to you in sorting out electrical matters that you may have concerning your 1980 TR8 (Twin Carbs with A/C--not fuel injection).

This information was compiled from the TR8 Repair Operations Manual electrical drawings and by exploration in my 1980 TR8 convertible. I am aware there are discrepancies (heated rear screen in a convertible?) but I included them because the book showed these wire colors being used for some purposes which might not be included on every vehicle.
