Haltech question

It's been advised that the Haltech fuel injection management system working 
off the throttle position with the timing advance/retard option in 
conjunction with Ford's fuel injection intake would be the best combination 
for a Hi Po 289 running in street prepared.  Can anyone comment on the 
Haltech system or any other  form of fuel and ignition supply.
