Found this looking up something else http://www.serviceinsights.com/main/tech/brake/9brake.htm Changing tire size causes the ABS module to misjudge speed of the vehicle, and make adjustments accordingly....perhaps affecting panic stop adjustments and/or causing ABS light to come on.
