Open to interpretation, methinks; the rule is "no
motorized skateboards".  I don't know the canonical
definition but something with two wheels, handlebar
steering, and a drum brake isn't a skateboard AFAIK.

Can't possibly be more unsafe than a Lotus Elan
anyway.  :)
