Spec 7's in CS

I drove a GSL-SE in CS for a year and I've had a SoPac rules Spec 7
going on two.  After autocrossing it a few times I'd say it wouldn't
beat my 13b car much less a MKII MR2.  I never thought I'd own a car
that had more handling but less HP than my Celica.  Can we put the stock
12a cars in group 9?
