That seems high. My "gold chain" version of the MR2 (ttops, optional
stereo, EHPS) weighs in at 2607 with 1/2 tank of gas...should be about 2580
with proper amount of gas. Solid tops are in the low 2500's.
As a reference...(to those that think a Turbo car weighs 2800lbs), Carter
Thompsons weighs in at 2601....absolutely no options.
