Several years ago J.C. Pennys' sold the EXACT SAME tool as Snap-On under 
the J.C. Penny name. Don't know it they still do this, but the few I bought 
didn't have the Snap-On price, but if you laid them next to the same size 
Snap-On tool you couldn't tell the difference. Check it out and let me know 
if Penney's still does it.
