Currently I spend about 5% of my computer support time fixing and
tweaking UNIX. The other 95% is spent crashing, rebooting, virus
updating, virus scanning, virus killing and of course explaining to
users why Micro$oft thinks what just happened to their PC was a
feature not a bug.
