Quick Release Hubs

So, i'm looking to purchase a Momo Race steering wheel and want to eventually 
attached a quick release hub to the steering column of my CRX. My questions:
1. Is there a quick release hub that will bolt to a Momo steering wheel WITHOUT 
the momo adapter for my CRX?
2. where can i buy a high quality quick release hub?
3. Do i HAVE to have the momo adapter for my CRX?
4. Anyone else have quick release steering wheels?
