Neon R/T Shock settings

I have a friend who will be attending his first autocross in his Neon R/T
this weekend.  The car is completely stock, including the rubber.  He tells
me that his shocks are adjustable (what do I know, I drive a Honda), so he's
looking for some suggestions for settings.

Anyone have some shock settings advice and tire pressure advice for a
totally stock Neon R/T?
