Really short:
Raw numbers of "champions/region" or "champions/division" are just as
meaningless as raw numbers of anything else (e.g. murders, teen
pregnancies, car thefts) in a given geographical region. Tell me how
many champions per # of members, and I will be more impressed. I bet
"Greater Texas Region" - er sorry - "SWDiv" will hold up pretty good
under that scrutiny, too.
