I thought Pros and Tours were at the mercy of the region sponsoring the
event. Do they really haul around their own cones?

(BTW, for the Canadian poster; here in San Francisco we've had to
double-cone 18" cones because of multiple knockdowns from the wind at
Candlestick Park.)
