There IS a *Mac version* of the necessary
Windows Media Player available at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/default.asp
Works fine on my 5+ year old Mac running 8.1.
It does take 15-20Mb of memory
so you may want to have that Virtual Memory 'on'.
