SCCA Membership - 18% increase

Since Team.net usually has hundreds of posts debating  the size of atoms, I
am surprised this one got no attention.

As of 6/1/02, a regular membership goes up 18% from 45$ to 55$.   Did this
not make Team.net because: ??

A)  Nobody noticed

B)  Nobody cares
