Hypothetical Question about Wheel Width

Suppose a person has a set of say 225-50-16 tires mounted
on a set of 16 x 6.5" wheels.

Then suppose that person mounts them on a set of 16 x 7.0"
wheels.

What differences in autocross performance will he see? Are
these differences significant?

Will there be any significant differences in normal
driving?
