FWIW, I received a response from Paypal late yesterday afternoon.
The rep said they had looked at the account and seen that I
seemed to have resolved the issue, but I could reply if I still
had issues. So they responded within 4 or 5 hours, and had
reviewed my account to see where I stood. That being said I'll
keep the website in mind. Ounce of prevention. . . . .
