It's really simple; as soon as the previous group clears the grid area you
get your car in there. If you're prepared and responsible then the exactness
of the 30 minute mark is meaningless. Only a few people got caught up in the
new rule the first time through, it obviously is not an issue worthy of all
the concern and attention.
