Ann Vogel, NeOkla Region, won BSL at Nationals.
Same person as Ann Heller who won DSL last year?
Car number and Region match, car/class/name don't (Divorced? Remarried? new
husband/new car?). So I need some verification.
Thought I had a rookie winner, instaead maybe a second-time champion.
