Somebody needs to get SJ up to speed on this point.  I seem to remember
seeing a VW TDI running (with biodiesel?) in a club rally a couple years ago
(Cherokee Trails or STPR), not to mention the nearly irrelevant facts that
one of my first autocross cars was a Rabbit diesel, back when it ran in ES,
and I autoxed my Dodge diesel dually one time last year in SM2. . .
