Bilstein work in the Bay Area or LA?

I was wondering if anyone locally (Bay Area or Los Angeles) did Bilstien 
re-valving. I also heard through ATI Motorsports that Bilstien would be 
bringing adjuster to the US sometime by summer. Has anyone else heard of this 
and know how much redoing a set of non-adjustable PSS Bilstiens would cost 
(front struts and rear shocks, both are coilover setups)?
