Chasecam Record Problem

A couple weeks ago I got the video to work on my Chasecam with the help of
Randy, but I wasn't able to get it to record. It said no device and when I
held down the record button it had a key sign showing in the middle of it and
wouldn't record.  Anybody have any ideas about this?  Ofcourse Randy u can
email me back about this if u have time too.
