NO, not necessarily! The fastest car does NOT always win a solo nor a race
nor a time trial nor an etc! Over a two day event, I have seen the second
place or lower driver win the event! Consistency pays off:-)
Racing is by perception fender to fender. I enjoy the World of Outlaws in
Knoxville this weekend obviously fender to fender, but the fastest does NOT
always win. Watch the Championship live come Saturday evening at 8:00 or
9:00 PM on Speed Vision unless it is rained out:-(
