One other thing.  Whenever you send somethong back for a refund, ask the
returns department for an RMA number.  RMA means Return Material
Authorization.  Most companies are now use computerized invertory
systems and if you send stuff back without the correct numbers
associated with it, the receiving department doesn't know what to do
with it so it goes into limbo until somebody gets tired of seeing it
sitting arround on a shelf and tries to process it.

Not evey company uses RMA numbers but most do and you should persist in
getting as much information from the company as possible before you send
something back.  Never send something back without first contacting the
company for the correct procedure to follow.
