Whats the deal in other states with emissions. Here in NY I have been
getting a safty inspection only for cars older than 25 years. I have and
several older cars and have modified them to the point where there would
be no chance of passing emissions, But it has not been a problem since I
only need a safty inspection. If this is true for other states why not
wait till the car is 25 years old and then do whatever you want to it?
