Thank you, Dave! I appreciate the research. Summit Racing was on my list to
check, since they are 'local'. I didn't have much hope of them having them,
since they are a 'performance' outlet in my mind, and not a source for
original replacement parts. I'll take a run over there within the week, and
see what they have.

I checked my Summit Racing catalog and they have a blue Ford cap.  They even
go the extra step and state that the Ford one is blue.  The P/N is
UM-G5206  -- $13.69  and the phone number is 1-800-230-3030.
