  Try making a gasket to fit around the switch and under the bezel and
you'll find you don't have so many problems when wet. Even my original ones
get intermittent when wet. I use a thin foam gasket on mine. Also, I give
them a shot of penetrant/demoisturant on occasion and don't have problems.
