It's a mainteince thing once its painted,it wears off with foot traffic and
tire traffic,your best bet is to put non-slip rubber mats the (bigger the
better)or even a vynil floor in the areas where there is to be oil leaks
from cars,NEVER use any kind of carpet.Concrete absorbs water/moisture from
the water table and transfers it into your basement/garage as mold and
mildewAlso NEVER NEVER and I Repeat NEVER use a epoxy watersealer(UGL comes
to mind)(concrete waterseal) on a basement floor as in the worst extreme can
acutally Lift your house/destroy your basement floor foundation.
