The AOD kickdown stuff is available from windsor fox performance
engineering. http://www.windsorfox.com/
It's an AOD TV cable, and I'm sure if you talk to them on the
phone they'll give you the details. The price is around 80
dollars.
Have you considered a T5 or T56 swap? I imagine it
would be slightly more complex but would probably pay you
back even more in mileage.
