My insurance company didn't request an appraisal, just photos. I had it insured
for stated amount replacement cost of 17k. Have you touched base with Hagertys?
or have they changed their underwriting since I signed on with them, 2 years
ago.
I have 2 classics, the Brick and a 70 Mach 1, valued at 19k.
I pay less than 400 bucks annually for both comp/collision, liability and U/M.
The driving flexibility they allow is v. good and I have read of quick claims
payment by other insureds.
