Does anyone know what radiator hoses the 74 uses?? I have an old cross ref.
list that shows the upper as being from a 72 mustang with a 351 (gates
20763) and the lower from a 74 matador (gates 20759). I went to the parts
place today with the old hoses in hand and the gates # is not the same as
the upper. The lower wasn't even listed anymore.
I know Rick at HTC has originals, but I'm a bit reluctant to use new hoses
that are 27 years old because of deterioration that may have happened.
Anyone up on the life of rubber, or know which molded hoses might fit????
