Fiberglass and Rims

Ok everybody...some quick requests as I'm getting into a time crunch.

I will be bonding my door skins very soon here and I was wondering what kind 
of sealant/primer to use on the skins before glueing them on.  What have 
people used, recommended, etc, that's fast and easy and effective?

Also, I'm really digging into my rims and getting them cleaned up.  Has 
anybody discovered any quick and easy techniques for getting into the 
crevasses between the fins?
