I hope someone out there has had some experience with mating automatic
transmissions to a Rover 3.5 V8. I have a V8 engine from a P6B installed in
my 1980 MGB along with the stock Borg Warner T35 automatic transmission.
Needless to say this configuration has not performed satisfactorily and I am
wanted to upgrade to something a little more modern. Does anyone know if the
turbo 350 so popular with today's hot rod crowd will fit into my B? What is
the difference in size compared to the T35? Are there tunnel modifications
that will need to be made? Is there linkage I can purchase that will connect
the Edelbrock 1404 carb and kickdown cables?

I have been told that D & D Fabrications has adaptors for this configuration
and maybe other parts as well, but I do not have a contact number for them. A
contact number or email address for them would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
