CD players

I was wondering if anybody out there has enough CD player knowledge to help
me. I have a 6 disc Pioneer player that has been working great up until
about 3 months ago. I will skip when I change discs if the car is moving,if
it is not moving it will work great and as long as it loads without skipping
it will play the disc fine. I'm thinking I might be cold weather related?
any thoughts
