just saw this today:
1970 DATSUN ROADSTER 1600, hard top, last year made, no dents, faded paint,
runs good, stored for 11 years, $2500 OBO
Pico Rivera, CA. 562-949-5611

I'll call and go check it out if someone is seriously interested (maybe
he/she has an extra front bumper in their garage...yah RIGHT!)

question:
One of the windshield frame mounts for the top has a stripped screw. So I
gotta drill it out.(start small, use progressively larger bits, try an
EZ-Out at some point) If I end up futzing the threads in the nutplate, what
then?
Perhaps it is better off not knowing until it happens???
Has anyone gone to socket head cap screws to prevent this "event"?
