Interior switch

Hi List,
Thanks for all the answers!
I said something wrong! The hole is not below the light switch but
under the wiper-washer switch!
Mark Dent told me about the manuel throttle knob! What's the
difference between that and the choke knob?
I think it has to do something with that, because if have an empty
girdle just behind the accelerator shaft between engine and firewall.
Any comments about that?
