Hi John,

I have a 810/Maxima manual, 1977 thru 1984 so ask away and I'll check my
email in the morning.

I had a 1982 Maxima. They rebadged the 810 as the Maxima in the early 1980's
(the 20-year edition Maxima is out so it must have been 1981). The engine
probably wasn't much different than the 1977 model. Basically it had an
in-line 6, 2400cc with fuel injection, exactly same engine as in the 240-Z.
Extremely reliable, I had over 120,000 miles without problems except for an
electronic module that died. Also an automatic, problem-free. Only real
problem was some squeaking in the front suspension but could expect that in
a car over 15 years old. If it has a sunroof, check it for leaks and rust.
Mine didn't leak, but had problems with rust and I had to have it repaired
by the body shop every few years.

If you want, the manual is yours.
