I will check the starter conenctions and also take some voltage readings at
the terminals on the fuse box. I do not think that the problem is on the
battery terminals. The battery has been relocated to the trunk and is inside
a marine box. It is as clean a connection as you will see. No visible
corrosion.

Plus when I first tried to start the car, I heard an audible click coming
from the engine compartment. Then nothing. Any subsequent turn of the key
did nothing and I heard nothing.

Fred seems to think that I have a corroded or loose lead that is drawing
enough power so that only the small drain items are able to function like
the radio and map light. Fair enough, I will check that. But I also have no
headlamps or running lamps either. Are the running lamps that large a drain?
I wouldn't think so. It seems to me that part of the circuit is open. I will
look for voltage levels with the key engaged and open.

Strangeley enough, I am looking forward to troubleshooting this. It should
be fun (Unless I can't find the problem)
