Yes great idea of compiling this for us.  (noticed I just volunteered you)
Isn't Mike Poorboy doing this with Tire Rack?   I have found an aluminum
spoke wheel listed at Walmart for 114 bucks each.  They were listed at
4X4.5, -14mm offset in 15 X 7...mmm I think, but will double check

        Thats great. 
So 15" panasports have an offset of 15mm.  Now we need somebody to compile a

database of other wheels that can be had in the same specs for not an arm 
and a leg.
