With all the above choices there is no reason for all this carparts.com
stuff. The local Nissan dealer will usually be of no help either. You'll
know that when you pull up to the parts counter and guy complements you on
how nice an MG you've got.

If no one has a lower tensioner I have heard that an L series lower
tensioner body and an R series plunger will substitute but I've never tried
that myself.

I've asked this question before, but I'll ask it again: does anyone know
where I can get both upper and lower tensioners for '70 2000? Carparts.com
only has a tensioner for a 1600. Please help. It's the only thing I need
to
get my baby "back on the road" again.
Thanks in advance,
Steve Smith
