Looks like the engine is idling up a little high, I just put some premium chevron gas in to help clean the carbs since they have been sitting for two years. What other things can cause a Solex 44mm carbs to idle high, it seems like if you depress the linkage gently it will idle down but once you let go it goes right back up. Any of you guys with Solex cars have any suggestions?? Gerardo Magana |
