So then if I was chatting on the old cell phone, which is illegal, the guy
behind me could use his cell phone to sic the cops on me. When I was pulled
over, I of course would tell the officer that I had been calling him about
the jerk behind me who was talking on his cell phone!
I'm not sure that works???

I lived in New Zealand for about 5 years. They have some laws down there
that allow anyone to ring through to the police and make a complaint about
someone that has been breaking the law whilst on the road.
