air filters

hi,

I have the stock su's. I think they are 38mm correct? I would like to do
away with the stock air cleaner. my dad had a 260z that had individual
filters with a screen that went over them. do they have this for the 1600
roadster with SU carbs? I saw a picture on eBay of a solex setup that had
them. car still starts with the new IG switch!
