Hello again List! I purchased a new plastic dash cap for my high-windshield roadster. I currently have an old plastic dash cap in place, which is cracked. Any tips on removing the old dash cap so I can install the new one? Should I slit the old dash cap to death with a utility knife before peeling it off? How sticky is the adhesive between the cap and original dash? Do I risk pulling up chunks of foam when I remove the old cap? Any advice would be appreciated! Eric Hankinson 1969 2000 302 V8 |
