oh well, lost that bet, Ressie's 69 1600 progress

Hello all,
 
    Got the combustion chambers reshaped and the head  reinstalled with only 
one head gasket. Did a compression check and #1 is still  about 60 lbs. Well, 
I knew it was either the double head gasket leaking or the  rings shot. Now I 
know for sure, it's rings. Not that the work was a waste,  she'll just have to 
decide when/if she wants the engine rebuilt.
