First and formost, change the bulb. When that doesn't work, get the diagram

the wires around at the plug to the switch, Work your way toward the light
not working using the diagram as a guide, wiggle any connector. If they
start working suddenly, you found the bad spot. If this fails, get a 12
volt test light, put the clip on a good ground and sterting at the switch
probe the wire for voltage at the connector for the switch and if it works
there, work your way towards the light, or work from the light back,
whatever works better for you.
Be sure to test your ground on the test light every once in a while by
putting the point on a "+" to see if the ground clip came loose.
