I'll make this brief.  Navy buddy (28 years) called this week and he's not
got long to live (58). 
He's had a 38 Plymouth in his garage for 30 years, mostly in pieces but all
good metal. Engine needs rebuild. He wants to give me the car because we are
friends, plus I'm the only guy he knows who works on (roadsters) cars.
 
Anyone know anything about 38 Plymouth sedans?  I'm thinking of assembling
the car, selling it and giving the money to his wife (on the sly). 
I'm in Milwaukee, he's in the Chicago area.
