Hi folks,
wanted to try here first (again) to place the whole car in a good home,
before proceeding with 'Plan B', which is parting out the car for ebay
consumption....
I have a '68 which is in the final stages of a KA24DE conversion....I
did what amounts to a full mechanical restoration; lots and lots of
brand new, 0 miles parts. I have lost both time and inclination to see
it through, and the car is taking up valuable shop space - it has to go.
I can provide as many pictures and written details as you may need to
consider the car - please ask, and I'll reply as quick as I can.
I did have a gentleman's agreement with an individual this past spring,
but for some reason he saw fit to string me along for months before
disappearing. Yes, I'm pretty sad about his behaviour - I will not make
that mistake again: please be prepared to give me a small deposit of
money, and then follow up with actually taking possesion of the car
withing a reasonable amount of time. I would ideally like to see the
car gone before Christmas - if not, I'll spend the winter selling off
the parts for those of you getting ready for driving next summer.
Since my plan B involves selling it off in parts, and I have a pretty
good idea of what all those parts will garner on ebay, I'd really like
to get at least that amount for the whole shebang, but, as the saying
goes, I'm open to offers - the less I have to do, the lower the price
can be.
