Gas cap dismantling...lost tips

Happy Holidays all!!

I just received, this past week, a couple of lights that I am going to 
re-chrome along with a locking gas cap I picked up a few weeks ago. 

Unfortunately, I lost the email that one of you sent me with some tips on 
removing the lock cylinder from the cap. 

Anyone out there remember sending me this? If so, and you still have the email, 
would you please resend it ASAP.
