Welcome! I am not in the ebay trading business. But, I do sell things on
ebay once in a while, and buy things here and there.
I have a company that does mortgages, and also creates business loans and
construction loans. We do a fair amount of commercial mortgages as well. Our
rates are about 1/4% lower than a bank.
