What's a fuel pump delete? You mean like a blanking plate to cover the hole
where a fuel pump would bolt in? And this is to just hold oil, not to run the
engine, right?
If so, just use a piece of metal flat and big enough to cover the hole, drill a
couple holes and use some rubber or whatever for a gasket.
